Title: Perfect phone for own needs
Review: Bought for my 92 year old. The perfect front pocket size, the ease of dialing with big numbers works for her. Many features she still can’t use but she knows how to call people on it.

Title: No information at all is included in the box
Review: Won’t work with a Tello SIM, don’t listen to anyone telling you different. I haven’t used a cell phone in years; nothing about this thing was apparent to me. There is a tiny notch for opening the back of the phone which I couldn’t see with a naked eye, Google AI hipped me to this and the rest of what should be in a manual with the product. this is literally incredibly lame afaic. The battery with it was at 84%. 70 bucks seems very high to me considering.EDIT: one cent would be high considering. With an AT&T SIM it connected to literally nothing as a dumb phone. I don’t know what it does with Wifi enabled, but I’m not trying to do that at all. Flat RIPOFF AFAIC.

Title: Works just fine with a new up to date sim, no issues.
Review: I’m in love, I got this as a backup mental health break phone. Just whenever I wanna feel a little disconnected from the world’s craziness. If you’re debating it for similar reasons just do it!

Title: This is a great phone for seniors who do not want to switch to Jitterbug phone.
Review: My mother is 75 years old, and it is great for her age group. A simple phone that calls and texts, that’s all she needs to get the job done.

Title: Nice little phone but AT&T does not know how to properly support it
Review: Wanted a very simple flip phone for a senior on our family plan. They could not navigate the operation of the Apple iPhone. This can do a lot more than he needs but he can use it for old school calling. Interesting that the brand is AT&T but their customer support people struggle to help with actually activating it and all its features. Be prepared to make a trip to an AT&T store and spend some time while their experts muddle through it. Works fine once you get through that. The only issue encountered once it was activated in store was that voicemail could not be set up. That took another long wait via phone as the agent “learned on the job” how to activate the voicemail box. They were clueless and that process took another 45 minutes of trial and error.
