Title: Good phone
Review: Bought this phone for my husband, he’s a farmer and spends a lot of time in dusty, dirty conditions so he needed a tough phone that could withstand being dropped or carried in overalls without mistakenly calling someone. He’s had it for over a year and says it’s a good phone, easy to use and the charge holds pretty good.

Title: Durable build, but battery issue after 2 months
Review: Ordered this to replace several year old phone. Battery stopped working g in 2 months & phone wouldn’t turn on. Customer service was good, sent out new battery which solved the problem and it worked perfectly. Durable phone.

Title: overall these are really good phones
Review: had to send back because the battery didn’t stay charged very long. great seller though, gave me a refund. i know people who have these and they say these are very durable, easy to use, small enough to fit in your pocket, and overall just a really good value for your money. I was just buying a refurbished phone that must have still had a bad battery.

Title: Waste of money
Review: Unable to get the phone unlocked, spent over 2 hours dealing with manufacturer and carrier. What a waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY!I have wasted hour with the seller, and Kyocera and get nothing. The Whiz Cell sent an email that said they would help. What a lie. They never return my messages It has been over 3 hours and nothing. I tried to call them but all I got was the phone is out of service.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS LOUSY PHONE OR ON THE WHIZ CELL, BUY SOMETHING ELSE!
