Title: *UPDATE* Very Secure – But Broke – Replaced!
Review: Updating my review. The customer service was top quality. They replied to my feedback and offered a full refund which I applied immediately and purchased another unit. First rate. Thanks!I bought a BP05, which is all high quality. Able to put on one bike and move to another bike relatively easily. However, while moving over to my son’s bike, I needed to rotate the phone mount so I could tighten to the handlebars and rotating it broke the little ball that secures the clamp to the case.That’s on me – but I can’t find anywhere just to purchase the clamp. Hate to have to throw it all away because the smallest piece broke.Otherwise, great product.
