Title: Works great and doesnt bounce around
Review: It works great!!  I absolutely love that I dont have to take my eyes off the road and I can set it to be perfectly level for my eyes.  I love how it is properly mounted in front of me.  It adjusts to the height of the driver so you get the right view of the screen because the bottom plate adjusts.   It does not bounce around even though my truck does.  haha  Make sure you clean the surface properly with rubbing alcohol and totally dry before mounting if you want it to stick properly.

Title: A bit fussy but sturdy
Review: This mount is a completely different beast compared to most phone holders. Like others, it uses a suction cup, but in this case, just about the entire base is made of a very grippy, sticky material, not just an outer ring. It creates a solid, secure hold. I have a smooth, flat spot on my dashboard, and the mount had no problem sticking and staying put.The phone holder rotates a full 360 degrees horizontally. Vertically, it doesn’t exactly tilt in a straight up-and-down motion. It rocks or arcs back and forth by a few degrees, about 8 according to the description, which gives a slight downward angle when pushed back and a slight upward angle when pulled forward. It’s enough for casual adjustments.The phone is held in place by two spring-loaded clamps. This is where the mount loses a few points for me. The clamps are a little fussy and require two hands to operate, which makes placing the phone a bit more of a hassle than I’d like. They also partially block the bottom of my phone’s screen. It’s not a huge issue, but I do prefer an unobstructed view.That said, the mount never failed during driving. It held firm and stayed in place. I actually ended up repurposing it for video calls. Instead of propping my phone up against something on a desk, I just use this mount. It works great for that purpose, especially since I can slightly adjust the angle and don’t have to worry about the phone tipping over.I’m giving this mount four stars. It works very well and has excellent suction, but the clamp design could be a little more user-friendly. If you’ve struggled with other mounts sticking to your dashboard, this one is worth trying. And at just $15, it’s a low-risk option that might pleasantly surprise you.
