Title: Misleading-please read this before you buy!
Review: So the product itself holds my cell phone nicely. Removing and placing the cell phone is a breeze. It is also a perfect fit for my 2022 Palisade. I gave three stars because I didn’t read anywhere on the product page that this has to glue to your dash. When I read that no glue was needed, I thought it meant that it did not use adhesive. I think that is very misleading. The directions were straightforward until it comes to the mounting part. The manual tells you to watch the video on the product page for installation of the base. I looked for 10 minutes and I could not find it. As a matter of fact, the manual states in order to remove the product, you must use a tool to pry out the hooks inside the base one by one. What hooks? You literally tear off the adhesive strip on the base and stick it to your dashboard. I am also hoping that it doesn’t fall off while I’m driving. Living in the south with all the heat and the humidity during the summer, things that stick with adhesive don’t stay put for very long.

Title: Incomplete item
Review: Part of the product was missing, which made it useless. I was missing the ball part that you connect to the phone holder and the part that attaches to the dash. I contacted the company but have yet to hear anything. Other than that, the clasp that holds the phone was strong and secure.
