Title: Outstanding performance
Review: The landline phone system we had in our home worked fine however the problem was that we were constantly bombarded each day with Robo Calls and all kinds advertising and junk spam phone call that were just never ending and very annoying to say the least. I did quite a bit of research on Amazon on the new generation of phones that included anti spam technology and ultimately decided up this Panasonic phone system after going through all the product reviews. I also liked the fact that it was made by Panasonic. The phone system I was replacing was also Panasonic and had served us well for many years so I have faith in the brand. Setup and installation of the system was straight forward and easy enough and within 30 minutes I had the system up and running and set up. I did have to read the instructions in order to set up my preferred preferences (voice message, ring volume, spam settings, etc) but I found the instructions very clear and easy to follow. This phone allows you to sync it with your cellular phones, which is a really nice option, but I have no interest in this feature at the present time so I didn’t bother with that, however I did read the instructions on how to do it and it didn’t appear to be to complicated. I may utilize the cell phone feature later.. I found the system to be visually attractive and of quality construction and the best part of all is that from the minute I activated the system the spam phone calls immediately stopped. It was like a miracle We would receive no less that a dozen such annoying spam phone calls each day, sometimes two dozen. It’s been 2 days now and we have not received even 1 such annoying call. My wife and I are thrilled to say the least and if a spam call does slip through somehow all we have to do is simply press the “Block” call button and the phone and that number will never be able to call us again. The system comes pre-programmed with an internal list of known spam callers and you can add your own numbers to that list if you need to simply by hitting the “Block” button. Doesn’t get any easier than that. This is really a great system, I love it. Its spam blocking technology really works well and the amount of other features that the phone has is amazing. If you’re looking to replace your older phone system in order to avoid those annoying spam calls just order this system…. you will be very happy you did.

Title: Finally. A land line call blocking system that is SMART and it WORKS !!!! KX-TGF975
Review: I have been looking for an effective land line call blocking system for years. And it is finally here. On day 1 this thing started working. On day two I turned the call block settings on which requires all phone calls to press a number before I even hear a ring. This alone is worth the entire system. Any phone number that I approve and add to my phone book will bypass this extra step, but even if not, it is no big deal for a caller. This is a feature rich system in many more ways and it takes a while to read the instructions and understand what settings you want. I am very happy with this system. I rarely write product reviews, but this product is so awesome that I want to share how good it is. Scammers and telemarketers are getting more bold and sophisticated each day and we finally have a sophisticated land line tool that is very effective at ridding us of these annoying calls. Thank you, thank you, thank you Panasonic.

Title: Link to Cell was why I purchased it
Review: I had an older DECT 6.0 Panasonic phone & the only reason I upgraded was for the Link to Cell functionality which my older unit did not have. The new unit came with batteries which are super small and light weight. The feel and function of the handset feels good in hand; it has some spam filtering features built right into the phone. You pair your cell phone via blue tooth and now you can answer your handset as an extension of your cell phone which is always on my charger in another room, and I can never hear it ring so I was missing some important work calls. Just for the Link to Cell functionality it was worth the upgrade. The LCD brightness is great, I have no issues seeing who’s calling. I wished that when you linked it to Cell that it would have the option to bring over your address book which currently it does not have that option.

Title: They still make landline phones??
Review: I had fiber internet installed in my house because I am disabled and am home 99 44/100% of the time. It’s fast and reliable but what took me a year to discover what that I was paying for a landline as well. Since I have brain issues and can’t always locate my mobile phone I thought that keeping the landline was a good idea. This phone has great sound and is very rugged. My doggos have knocked the bases off of the tables a few times but nothing has ever broken. Great sound even when using the speaker phone function. Lots and lots of features packed into this package. The only problem I had was that the included rechargeable batteries weren’t so I had to replace them. Other than that the purchase was exactly what I needed.

Title: A good set. Very usable.
Review: I like these phones! I got them to replace an old set of Panasonic phones. They’re definitely an upgrade. We never use the bluetooth. There is a version without it that’s probably simpler to program; but programming ie wasn’t all that hard. The only thing sub par is voice announcing the caller. While an improvement over the old model, she still has really strange pronunciations of most names and places. You can adjust her volume, though, so it’s tolerable. All in all, not disappointed. PS: the spam blocking functions really eliminates a lot of annoying calls which we barely know about. And that’s a big deal!
