Title: They got it right the second time.
Review: After downloading the app, I followed the link within it to order this phone holder to take steadier scans. got it fairly quickly, but unfortunately, the thread on the screw for the phone holder didn’t match the support arm. it was impossible to tighten the holder under the arm. It kept slipping off because the threads wouldn’t connect. I sent the item back, and after a couple of messages from the customer service people they sent me a new unit that was perfect to the relatively low price point this is an excellent solution. If you plan to scan a high number of photographs, slides, documents using the app. It holds things completely still, so you can voice activate scanning through the app’s functionality. The arm is very stiff and firm and introduces no wobble that the app has to compensate for. I really like the app, and was disappointed that the first unit didn’t work out, but they were able to rectify the situation and enable me to give this a five star review. I order a lot from Amazon, and frankly anyone can make a mistake. I wouldn’t let that count against them in my review, I wanted to mention it in case this is not a one-in-a-thousand type problem.

Title: Broken part, tight camera clamp
Review: While the arms are very sturdy, the range of positions is limited. The clamp does not go over tables with a thicker edge or “lip”. The clamp consists of a plastic bracket and wobbly round metal disk that was not attached and there was a random metal clip (that probably attached the wobbly disk). The phone clamp is very tight on wider phones. I had to rig it a bit to work and it did what it needed. But I would not buy this again.

Title: I needed a cell phone stand for photography of small objects
Review: It is sturdy enough that once adjusted with my cell phone in place, it stays put. That is what I needed so I could take decent close up pictures of small rocks and minerals. This contraption does the job for my Pixel 7 phone in a case! It barely fits in the clamp, but it does! That was my main concern. My pictures are in much better focus now due to the stability of this set up.

Title: Seller Photomyne sent me a replacement.
Review: Original item had a broken table mount that the flex arm goes into. Sent a one star review because the unit was useless. This was two days ago.With out asking. A new replacement arrived today.The item may have some quality issues,but the company is frustrate. Thank you Photomyne.
