Title: Truly Great Phone For The Price
Review: Purchased to have an Android phone for a vehicle diagnostics app, but ended up loving it. Easy, intuitive user interface. This inexpensive device instantly upgraded itself to Android 12 and the battery will run for a full week (not an exaggeration). Dual SIM (two different numbers, can be from radically different carriers such as AT&T and Verizon). Light on processing power and storage space… But you can add a nanoSD card for more storage. Origin is suspect – box came marked “For Africa Market” and it’s made in China (not the free world), but it’s a bloody great phone!

Title: Watch your back with customer service
Review: The phone is ok, I don’t believe it’s inspected or refurbished as good as Amazon says, that’s for sure, it is a decent phone for the price, watch out for customer service and delivery, they left my phone in the backyard outside on the grown, thankfully I have a good neighbor, then I order a case for it, again poor delivery and it was stolen, so make sure your delivery instructions are crystal clear, I’m not a big fan of Amazon anymore especially after the way customer service has treated me, all in all, decent phone for budget friendly people, I retract my statements, this phone is s$&@, it died after 3 months, there refurbished program is a joke and Amazon offered no help at all, didn’t offer to replace it or fix it or refund my money, stay away from Amazon refurbished, I’m really surprised Amazon treated me so badly
