Protection in case the unexpected happens
I always buy the Asurion protection and have had no issues. I have waited until the product warranty lapse, in most cases, before the Asurion is activated but it is a very useful protection in case the unexpected happens.

Don’t waste your money
The sound quality is horrible. We haven’t been able to use it more than twice and that includes today. My warranty should cover a replacement or refund for this speaker, I can’t do anything with this after trying to play 10 different albums and connect to Bluetooth. I don’t care if this was purchased in November, it was a Christmas gift and was opened ave used on New Year’s Day but the sound was so horrible that we just let it sit until we got speakers. We finally decided to get speakers and not only did it not connect but the sound is still horrible by itself. I’m disappointed because had I tried it several more times before I could’ve gotten the refund.
