We bought this anticipating being out of the house for a few days and needing to check on the cats. The cats are quite curious with it and it doesn’t scare them at all. I like that it does include a microphone and speaker as well, and the picture quality is excellent but you can lower the quality if you have network issues.It is easy to drive around and really fun honestly. My husband and I are able to share an account on the same robot so he can also check in on them when he wants. Overall it was a bit of a splurge but worth it for the peace of mind.

This thing is pretty awesome. Its hilarious watching it run around being controlled by the person on the other end. My only complaint is the wheel tracks. They’re constantly falling off which makes it unusable until theyre put back on. Pretty easy to control, the battery life lasts a week or so. Less with heavy use. The charging cord doesn’t really charge so thankfully ive got a faster charger to use and it’ll charge in half the time. The noise on the controller end gets pretty loud with the bot in motion so its hard to hear the person on the other end. Seems like a lot of negatives but the joy it brings just cancels those out in my opinion. Its a lot of fun and its the cutest little thing. Runs on carpet pretty well. Love it love it love it

Not just for keeping an eye on pets
Not just for pets, i got this for the wife as she travels for work and with this robot she can roam around the home while away and talk to the kids and me , the camera quality is great, 2 way audio is loud and clear and you have the option to make it louder on the app , the little robot is fast too and easy to learn to control , we have hardwood floors and it is able to run very quickly around our home, it has several custom animal sounds pre recorded that it can make to get a pets attention, my dog didnt care for it, but would be nice of you could record your own custom sounds to it, maybe one day if enabot ever thinks about it. Overall this is a great buy to keep and eye on the home when you are away aswell. The app to control the robot was easy to set up and very user friendly. Jusy one request Enabot, give us a way to record our own custom sounds on the app.

If you’re techy maybe this is for you. It had one good use in it. Reset button not working. After a while of trying to troubleshoot it, the little voice starts to make you angry. It’s absolutely adorable with the little pawprint tread on the wheels and getting to control it the one time it worked. Great video quality. It’s also quite sturdy, as I was throwing it away it fell onto concrete and barely has a scratch, so if it works for you and falls off a counter it should be a-okay. I am not interested in another one. Not interested in calling support, I feel when we purchase something it should be fairly simple for us to read the instructions and figure out on our own in layman’s terms, seeing as we’re the ones trying to use it in our day to day life and don’t have time to call support every time something goes wrong. We’d be on the phone all day. I fell cuteness trumps the functionality in this case.

Not just for pets! Buy if you miss your long distance family/friends!
I live in Georgia and my family lives in WV. FaceTime is great but this is better! I know it’s for pets but I love rolling around my parent’s house, making them laugh. Battery life is good. And I was super surprised at the quality of the camera! Everything is so clear. Only buy if you have great wifi! Things will get spotty if you don’t. Driving it around is quite easy and is fun.

*Update 6/3/25* Their customer service has been great and made it right, they helped me troubleshoot my issues and when they didn’t work they made sure to rectify the situation…customer service really saved this whole experience for me..________________________________________________________________________________________________________I was super excited to get this for my pup, as he is super energetic, and the thought was this little robot would be able to follow him around and record and also have funny sayings, it does have funny sayings but they’re very random and kind of odd sounding? Also, this is always disconnecting from WiFi so it is not really very reliable. Also, recording is a little tough especially when you’re using the remote to move the robot around, so please keep that in mind. I think there is much to be improved with this product, also my pup is a little scared of it as well

This is absolutely incredible. We don’t have a pet, but one of us travels for work. It’s become a fun way to check in on each other and be playful. It’s easy to control, the eyes are so cute and they alert you when someone has turned the camera on. Sound quality is also awesome. Very happy with this purchase!
