Helps keep an eye on my furry trouble makers!
Love this option to monitor my whole home and keep my pets safe. My cat is an absolute terror when left alone and it is nice to have the option to distract him with treats when he’s doing something he shouldn’t.The app was pretty easy to set up and toggling between the two cameras is very simple. I love the notifications on my phone letting me know when my cat or dog do something out of character. Noises aren’t really a concern for us, but glass breaking definitely is!Definitely recommend and will probably get a cat camera next!

Love the combo of cameras and coverage!
I’m really happy with this camera setup — having both the mini and the 360 gives me such great coverage around my house. With the 360 I’m loving the treat toss (which is honestly my favorite feature). And the mini is compact and super easy to mount on the wall, so it’s out of the way but still gives me a great view of the room.You do need the Pro Subscription plan (around $7–8/month), but I think it’s totally worth it — especially for the home safety alerts. It can notify me when someone’s in my house, which gives me real peace of mind when I’m not home.Overall, I love this combo and feel like it gives me the perfect balance of pet interaction and home security. Definitely recommend!

Love this Furbo Camers
I live this Furbo camera. I can check in on my pup when I am gone. I also pur based the Nanny Pro software. Great quality camera great value for the money as I purchased a bundle with a mini Furbo. Night vision is great and I am very pleased. Love being able to give my furbaby a treat and the calm music to settle my pup when he is barking.

Bad customer service
I have owned Furbo for 3 years. I first purchased the 360 with 1 mini. Two months ago I purchased 2 more mini’s and only hooked up one of them. When I hooked up the new mini it said I had to update my subscription which we happily did. We updated to the Nanny Pro for 2 years which is it was good for 4 devices. My husband just went to hook up the last of the 4 and was told we needed another subscription. When contacting them it’s a project and basically because I did not hook the 2 minis together at the time I updated to Nanny Pro I now have to purchase another subscription even though ours goes to 2027.The customer service is terrible. Customers do not come first and it’s all about how much more money they can get.

It’s okay
I bought this to keep an eye on my pups while I was out and about. The camera and picture quality are pretty good and the night vision works well. I do like the design of them both. I wish the Furbo 360 would zoom in like the smaller one does. You have to have pretty small treats to be dispensed as well. I have used the Zukes minis which work great. The only downfall is that they do get very hard overtime if you don’t use them right away. I have tried putting kibble in there too.The Furbo 360 is great because it will follow your pup around and gives you alerts about what’s going on. The “calm my pet” is also very nice, just wish it would play more often. (It goes off maybe once every 45 minutes if there’s continuous barking, crying, whining)I have had A LOT of issues with both cameras and not being “connected” which is very annoying.Is it worth the money and subscription.. I’m 50/50 with that because I do like being able to see what my dogs are up to when I’m out but with the constant battle of connection, makes it hard to say it’s worth it.

STILL LIKE BEING IN THE ROOM
Good cam to have because I work long hours and don’t want to cage my dog all day, but it does exactly as advertised. My dog loves chasing the treats around when they pop out. Also the ai nanny updates from the furbo app is good too. I wish the mic was a little clearer so my dog can hear my commands better when I talk to her, but other than that it’s a good product.

Herbie the Corgi is adorable chaos, but Furbo helps
Got this for my new puppy, Herbie. He has lots of energy, is not potty trained, hates being alone… so we needed it.Setup was easy, app is clean, and switching between cams is smooth. Only thing to note: no USB power adapter included, but I had like 7 extras in a drawer anyway so not a big deal.The alerts for sound and motion are accurate. Treat dispenser works fine. I’ve used the audio feature a couple of times to say “noooo don’t chew that,” and it at least makes him pause and look confused. We still have some work to do.The subscription is great for the alerts and video history but I love the daily recap! It’s so fun. Overall pretty happy!

Save your money!!!!
This garbage camera never works it is constantly disconnecting to the wifi while I’m not home and it never works. I have to constantly reset it and unplug it. Definitely a waste of $100
