   Good security
   They work great. They are a good quality for the price. I am able to cover all areas of my exterior house and have been able to add some extra storage areas too. The create a safe and secure feeling. They hooked up to the internet wi-Fi with no problems.

   Good Security System with Quick Customer Response
   I’ve had this 8 channel camera security system for two years. It was fairly easy to install and configure if you’re semi-familiar with running cables and using a computer. It has been running and recording (overwriting when hard drive becomes full) for two full years without any problems.A week ago, the system went down for some unknown reason (possibly an electrical storm?) and the system would not fully reboot or come back online successfully. The power indicator light along with the selector arrows on the front of the box would just blink and the system menu would say “no recording device available for recording”. I thought maybe the hard-drive burned up from two years of heavy recording & overwriting.I contacted the Hiseeu manufacturer directly via their email ( Love@hiseeu.com ) with a full description of the failure late on a Monday evening before going to bed and I received a response within 45min which I read Tuesday morning.The response included items to check along with pictorials.Per my findings based on their response, I ordered a new power supply and my system was up and fully functional next day when the power supply arrived.Pleased with this system and with the prompt customer assistance.

   Great quality
   The system is very easy to install, comes with everything you need. The video quality is great which is important to be able to see every detail when reviewing footage. Remote access is super easy to use, I love it!!

   Beware! Product, Customer Service not helpful!
   2nd update: Have had nothing but problems with this system. In the last 18 months since I purchased this product. At first customer service pretended to try resolving issues. I have spent over 20 hours troubleshooting the system and was then treated like I was trying to get something free from them. My latest issue was the cameras began malfunctioning and eventually died. I was told my purchase was past the one year warranty even though I have been in constant contact with them since 6 month after installing the system. Terrible product, terrible company, terrible customer service.Don’t wast your time or money. If I could take that 1star away, I would.Update: I have given up on this system. Still a great system just for viewing but an absolute zero on the detection/alarm side. Have had 2 cameras go offline . We have spent hours setting up the detection zones and still getting numerous alerts for rain, bugs and wind. We even blocked out the entire camera zone and still get human detection hits! After a year of replacing drive units and the constant hassle of false alarms, I’m done.These camera have great quality, easy to install but alerted too often for non existent motion and vehicle detection. I wasn’t able to use the privacy blocking feature to stop these false alarms. I contacted customer service and they immediately began working with me to resolve my issue. Shortly after they sent an upgraded NVR( system control box) and Wow!!!! what a difference! Easy to install, upgraded mobile app, easy access to camera controls, very easy to set up privacy areas at each camera and no false alarms. This company went above and beyond to help us with all of our issues. I feel satisfied that if I have issues in the future, one email to them will help resolve them.

   Been really good
   It’s been a solid system and easy to use, but 2 of my cameras have gone black and are still recording but just a black screen. Does anyone have any idea how to fix our reset a single camera I have done From.Unplug it, plug it, let it sit unplugged.reset The whole system etc.

   Hisseu CCTV – 8 port camera w/ DVR
   My parents have these cameras so when it was time to buy my own, I knew I had to get the same ones. These cameras work well at night and has zoom capabilities. They also have a facial recognition and car feature. I’ve been enjoying these CCTV cameras with an external monitor so it doesn’t have to be connected to my TV or computer. I can watch my home at any time. Highly recommended.

The company provided a quality replacement, and everything was exactly as expected.The new system works well—clear video quality, reliable recording, and easy remote access. Customer service was helpful and made sure I got the right product for my needs.Overall, a hassle-free experience. Would recommend.

    Weil mein altes Kamerasystem nach und nach den Geist aufgegeben hat und keine Ersatz Kameras mehr lieferbar waren, hab ich mir nach langem Recherchieren dieses System zugelegt.Und jetzt bin ich froh, denn dieses System kann alles besser wie das alte.1. Der MonitorWenn man mehrere Bilder gleichzeitig sehen möchte, ist ein 7 Zoll Monitor einfach zu klein.Auf diesen 12 Zoll Monitor kann man vier Bilder vernünftig erkennen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass der Monitor mit einer Maus bedient werden muss. Es ist kein Touchscreen! Bei mir egal, da ich unter dem Monitor mein Telefon stehen habe und noch Platz für die Maus ist. Die Bedienung ist wie am PC intuitiv und die Ersteinrichtung lief problemlos. Wenn die Anlage nachher läuft, kann man aber die meisten Funktionen mit dem Handy oder Tablet (sogar besser) steuern.Hier für alle der Hinweis, man braucht keine (kostenpflichtige) Cloud. (Auch wenn ich auf meine vorherige Anfrage von ein paar Usern anders lautende Antworten bekommen habe?)Es liegt zwar ein LAN Kabel dabei, aber die Anlage läuft komplett mit WLAN. Wie In anderen Rezessionen schon zu lesen, Der Monitor macht durch die interne HDD Geräusche (Summen klicken) Wenn das stört, der kann alternativ eine SSD ( natürlich auf eigene Gefahr) einbauen. Das könnte evtl. dann auch den Stromverbrauch reduzieren, der doch mit eingeschaltetem Bild 15 W und mit Bild aus immer noch 11 W beträgt.Der Monitor beziehungsweise die Anlage kann bis zu zehn Kameras einlernen und anzeigen! Kleiner Kritikpunkt. Das Kabel vom Netzteil ist etwas kurz.2. die Kameras.Vier Stück werden mitgeliefert und eine Ersatz Kamera kostet im Moment nur 57 € wovon ich mir definitiv noch ein oder zwei bestellen werde. Die Kameras haben keinen Zoom und keine Bewegungsverfolgung, was bei mir auch nicht gewünscht beziehungsweise nötig ist. Sie haben entweder Nachtsicht durch Infrarot oder helle LEDs, was man aber auch abschalten kann. Und wenn man wie bei mir eine Straßenlaterne oder eine Hausbeleuchtung hat, kann man eigentlich die Infrarotbeleuchtung abschalten da das Bild dann immer noch gut ist und man auch 3 W spart. Die Kameras brauchen im Tag Betrieb 3 W und mit Infrarot 6 W (LED Verbrauch habe ich nicht gemessen) Alle Kameras haben Gegensprechanlage, ob man die braucht und wie sinnvoll sowas ist, will ich nicht beurteilen, sie funktioniert aber.Wie schon vielfach erwähnt, ist die Sendeleistung der einzelnen Kameras der Hammer. egal ab welcher Ecke am oder im Haus ich die Kameras aufgestellt oder getestet habe, Ich hatte immer sofort Empfang ohne die Repeaterfunktion zu nutzen. Allein dafür fünf Sterne. (Bei meinem alten System musste ich teilweise die Antennen mit Kabeln verlängern) Die Kameras lassen sich per Monitor oder Handy nach Montage motorisch Feinjustieren und so den optimalen Einstellbereich finden.Bei Bewegungserkennung lassen sich recht detaillierte die Bereiche einstellen, die erfasst werden sollen, beziehungsweise die anderen ausklammern.Empfindlichkeitseinstellung und AlarmAusgabe ans Telefon oder E-Mail, alles möglich.Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der meines Erachtens völlig überflüssige LAN Kabel Anschluss an den Kameras. Der ist bauartbedingt recht dick und hat einen immer leuchtende grüne LED. Ich hab das ganze durch eine darüber liegende Abzweigdose versteckt. Siehe Foto. Die Stromzuleitung zu den Kameras hab ich überall mit 2x 0,75 Quadrat Lautsprecherkabeln entsprechend verlängert, damit die Netzteile im Gebäude sind. Mit einem Netzteil kann man dann auch zwei Kameras betreiben.3. supportEine Frage von mir wurde per WhatsApp von Herr Chen innerhalb von 1 Stunde mit Videoanleitung beantwortet.Seine Kontaktdaten sind in der Bedienungsanleitung hinterlegtauch dafür fünf Sterne.Fazit:Ich hab wahrscheinlich noch viele Sachen vergessen die ich noch gar nicht erkannt oder genutzt habe. Aber ich kann dieses System voll umfänglich empfehlen eventuell sogar für den gewerblichen Bereich aber für privat auf jeden Fall.

    Facil de instalar y visión muy buena.. aun no le cogi el truco para grabar por movimiento programando los días… pero es cuestión de ir probando. Lo que si puedo asegurar es la calidad de imagen y sonido que tienen.

    I’m the safety officer for a team in the Scottish second division. As with most clubs we were having problems with young supporters who gathered in a section of the ground we couldn’t reach from our control room with cabled CCTV cameras. As an experiment I went out and bought this pack of Wi-Fi connected camera’s and monitor to see if this would work. These cameras worked straight out of the box. The Wi-Fi strength is good enough to reach the opposite of the stadium , with the picture quality being better than our existing system. I’m now considering buying more of these to replace our existing set up
