This is a super nice watch.
This watch has truly impressed me! As someone who previously owned an Apple Watch but found them to be too expensive, I decided to give this one a try. And boy, am I glad I did!The design of this watch is simply superb. It has a solid weight to it that feels well-made and definitely not cheap. Plus, it’s incredibly comfortable to wear, making it a pleasure to have on my wrist. One of the standout features is the impressive battery life. I’ve been wearing this watch day and night for a whole week, and it’s still going strong at 45 percent! No need to constantly worry about charging it, which is a huge plus. The accompanying app is another great aspect of this watch. It allows you to track sleep, steps, and activity. Plus, you can customize the watch face to your liking, which adds a personal touch. The app itself is user-friendly and enjoyable to use.I do have one minor concern, though. It seems that the watch doesn’t integrate seamlessly with Apple Health, or at least I haven’t found a way to make it work. Nevertheless, this is a minor inconvenience when considering all the other great features this watch offers.Overall, I can confidently say that this watch is a fantastic choice. It has exceeded my expectations and provides a more affordable alternative to the Apple Watch. If you’re in the market for a reliable and stylish timepiece, don’t hesitate to give this one a try. It’s definitely worth considering!

Some changes from Tank T3 Ultra but mostly the same
I had previously bought the Kospet Tank T3 ultra and had a positive experience with it. Consequently, when they announced the new model, I decided to try it out and see if there were improvements. Here are the pros and cons and improvements.Observations:1. Both models have outstanding hardware.-The screen is bright and clear and readable in sunlight.-The battery life is outstanding: I don’t have the always on display turned on, but have a lot of notifications, some alarms and continuous heart rate, blood oxygen and blood pressure monitoring turned on. I also use the bluetooth calling quite frequently to make and answer phone calls. For the Ultra I routinely get 15 to 20 days before the battery life drops to 25 to 30% and I charge it again. The Ultra 2 battery is at 97% today 28 hours after it was charged so it is on track to deliver the same battery life. (Update – it is at 90% now after 3 days)-Bluetooth calling works well: the audio is clear on both sides and I can manage to do a call while walking home from work or in other settings- Resting heart rate: on Ultra it matched my polar chest strap exactly. Only ultra 2 it is almost 5 points higherExercise Heart rate: on Ultra it generated some very high numbers that were unrealistic. Ultra 2 seems to have fixed this, but for both the time patterns and the values are noisy compared to a Polar chest strap. I think Kospet still needs to improve their smoothing algorithm for the raw data that is coming in to get better heart rate estimates.- Blood Oxygen seems to work on both Ultra and Ultra 2matching other devices althought sometimes it generates a ridiculous number- Blood Pressure: On both Ultra and Ultra 2 the numbers do not match a cuff device. It is possible that the departures from the average true value are similar but it is not easy to assess this. Other watches allow a manual calibration by allowing the user to enter and store the value from a blood pressure device and then calibrating to those numbers. I get very good results from watches (e.g., E500) that have this feature – after sufficient data has been added. Kospet needs to upgrade the software to add this feature.Notifications: generally seem to work from most apps, but are not always coming through for Samsung messages. Also I get things lie 5 messages from yahoo mail but no details. The message length is also limited, which is ok. This is still an area where improvements will be welcome.GPS: works very well on both Ultra and Ultra 2Exercises: Large choice and some are auto detected but I have turned this off. Mostly useful to track heart rate, but since that is not very accurate until they improve the algorithm, I have the auto feature turned off. I think the heart rate/exercise numbers are probably ok for comparison of what you did from day to day, but they will not match a professional sensor.Watch Faces; My favorite watch face on the ultra had a call and a notification button, so you could quickly get to these functions and the other metrics were nicely and clearly displayed. Apparently this has been removed for Ultra 2. I communicated with Kospet and they will look into making it available but it was surprising that they took the most useful watchface and removed it. I think all the ones they have now are not active – i.e. there is nothing you can touch on the screen to activate a function. Perhaps that was the design choice, but it is not a good one. They were responsive with updates on Ultra so we will see if that happens on Ultra 2.Alarms: The alarms are loud and audio — that is good, but a vibration (strong) only option would be good to have too so others are not bothered. This is a feature they need to add. The notifications have a vibration feature, but even at the “strong” option it is hard to feel in Ultra 2. It was stronger in Ultra.Third party connections: Only STrave is offered. Others offered Google Fit etc.Voice Assistant: I have never been able to make it work on Ultra or Ultra 2 – you click the “Tap the screen to speak” and it starts a 6 second countdown, but nothing happens when you speak – you are back to “Tap the screen to speak”, so this function does not seem to exist. In summary, compared to other similarly priced watches, hardware seems excellent, software is similar – health metrics are not as accurate as one would like, features work well

Update- I will try another example.
This is an updated review. I’ll speak about the software in an update (with reasoning below) but the hardware aspects of the watch can be accurately reviewed right now. The fit and finish of the watch is very high quality. This is an upgrade from the previous model that had I believe certain case parts made of aluminum. Now the watch is pretty much exclusively made from stainless steel. Aluminum is one of the easiest metals to form and machine and not to take anything away from the previous model, the stainless steel is a welcome upgrade. It feels very substantial and gives you confidence that it isn’t going to fall apart of you’re performing active sports or wearing it while working around the house or property. There are no sharp edges as you might find on other watches. That is important because snags on clothing can be a real concern but here there is no problem. The watch face is on the large size and here is the thing, with a conventional watch you can have a smaller dial and that doesn’t detract too much from function since it has only one important one, to display the time and maybe date. Watches with complications like chronographs might be larger but in general the 38-41 mm works well and large is considered jumbo. With a smartwatch there is a lot going on, plenty of data to read and graphs and notifications require a larger dial. Here, the dial is plenty large for that purpose. I have a wide wrist and this size fit very well. One real plus was attaching the watch bands. It was so simple to just press the small lever and attach the bands I wonder why more bands don’t work that way. The small lever hand pushed flush so there is no worry about the bands coming off accidentally. Someone was thinking when they designed that feature in. The material of the bands is also very good, they follow the contour of your wrist for a good fit. Far too many watch bands are stiff and take a long time to break in and fit, the bands on this watch fir perfectly from first use.Brightness of the display: The screen brightness can be set from low to brilliant. Even in direct sunlight I didn’t need to use more than 1/2 bright. At full bright the display can literally light a dark room. Also, the flashlight feature is very handy especially if you program the left bottom button to activate it. While I’m sure it draws power, its a nice touch and really works. At first you might think its a gimmick until you get up at night to check on something or just need a bit of light to read a label or something and it’s not really totally dark but not light enough to see the text easily. I found myself using the flashlight feature when going upstairs in a room we rarely use and there isn’t a light switch right by the door. At night the flashlight feature makes it easy to go in, get something out of a drawer and exit without turning on the ceiling fan lights. The buttons are easy to use and large enough so there is no mistakes using them. What was really helpful is that it isn’t easy to accidentally press them. Wearing a coat for the morning walk or being active I not once pressed any of the buttons unintentionally. I wish I could say that about one of my phones. The buttons work smoothly and you know when you’ve activated them. The watch is a good thickness. It’s not very thick and fits on the wrist nicely. You won’t notice any weight because it fits on the wrist well thanks to the nice bands.Battery life. Amazing. The promises of battery life in the description are accurate, nice. One benefit of all this is that you stop checking your phone as often and instead read the notifications on the watch thus the charge on your phone lasts longer. That is really something to consider if you have a phone that doesn’t run as long on a charge as you’d like. The calling feature did work for me, surprising me when the phone rang and I was able to use the watch to answer and talk. I expecting that as I didn’t get a smartwatch for that reason. What was really nice was the clarity of the call. Now, there is no privacy because its like using a speaker phone but it could be handy in some circumstances.Bluetooth. There is a notice to not pair it with the phone using the phone’s pairing function. Follow the advice.Reason for my review update:My first example had some data consistency issues. Information wasn’t 100% consistent between the app and phone. I wrote about that is some detail but I am updating my review (with more updates to follow shortly) for the following reasons:1. There is a possibility my particular watch experienced a data corruption issue not related to the watch but rather the update from Android 14 to Android 15 on the Motorola Razr 20xx+.2. Some other apps changed languages, some settings reverted to factory default and some notifications had to be reset. With the Razr, not only did Android get updated but then the Motorola specific skins and firmware also updated shortly afterwards.3. The language settings for my Garmin email contact changed to Dutch of all things so email from them came in Dutch and I had to translate it.4. The updates all took place at night so if you have your phone to allow updates only during certain times or only when WiFi connected you could get the updates and be unaware it happened. Nevertheless, it’s software and software can get what we all call glitches, the reasons aren’t apparent but they happen.I had contact with the tech support team at Kospet and figured out the best solution was to try another example and see if that goes as expected.Regardless, what often matters most is how a company responds to issues and to date, Kospet is at the top tier. For those who read my reviews (and if you haven’t) you know I am critical of customer service but also say when customer service is very good. I am not a paid reviewer and my initial purchase is always out of my pocket and for my personal use, I just share my experience. So watch (no pun intended) this review as I will update it in the near future and I’ll go over the parts of the initial review and compare that to the resulting experience. Those of you that have read my other reviews know I am a stickler for detail and value proper function and match descriptions and marketing to what you actually get. So follow this review for an update that is dedicated to the software/firmware aspects. 🙂

Lo único no se siente mucho esla vibración. Y lo q no me gusta mucho es que no tiene bloqueo del reloj en caso de robo o extravío o cuando te lo quita y pues tus contactos. y los msj de redes se ven ahi.

Received this as a birthday present. very easy to use, feels extremely robust and solid, good looking watch. I am yet to test the accuracy of blood pressure but heart rate is very accurate. All in all great watch at a great price.

Upon purchasing the watch, I admired its design and initial functionality, although it did not completely align with the advertised features. Specifically, the lack of “AI assistant”, the failure of voice calls using the watch, frequent disconnection from my phone, and the battery not meeting the claimed 60-day longevity were disappointing. After using the watch for just one month, I encountered a concerning issue where it would die shortly after being fully charged. Upon recharging, the screen would turn on, only to repeat the same problem. Regrettably, when seeking assistance from Kospet, I was disappointed by the lack of support and troubleshooting offered. They directed me to contact Amazon for resolution. In conclusion, while the watch is satisfactory for its price, it is important to approach the purchase cautiously and be prepared for unforeseen challenges, as well as potential lack of customer support.I have decided to reach out to Amazon to explore the possibility of exchanging my current watch.
