Best TV I’ve purchased in my lifetime (so far)
When I got this delivered, I realized how long it’s been since I bought a new TV. I thought a couple of my previous ones were smart TVs, but they were not. They had an HMDI input slot.I haven’t had it long enough to have checked out all it’s benefits. But, do far, it’s great! I bought the 32 inch smart tv in white. It has the metal stem with platform stand which is sturdier than those two stupid plastic chicken leg feet they usually put on flat screen tvs these days. The strong stand can sit anywhere. I will never mount a home TV on a wall.Color, and sound are good.I’m going to replace my 2 other TVs with this brand and model soon.

Great monitor but remote hard to figure out.
Great monitor and I love the software. I gave it a 4 because the instructions on how to use the remote suck. Once you figure it out (which took me 3 days) it works well. Set up was a breeze and the streaming function is twice as fast as my older Samsung TV. I am very happy with this product. Careful the price on Amazon seems to go up and down. I paid 279 and two days later it was 149 and Amazon would not let me return it for the identical model at the lower price.

I bought one a few years ago, liked it so much I bought another one to use as my second monitor.
I purchased one of these years ago and as you would expect from Samsung, it’s an absolutely amazing monitor/smart TV/more. A few years later, I decided to bid farewell to my mix and match dual monitor set up and purchase another one for my home office. These monitors are very high-quality, the display is absolutely gorgeous, they are incredibly slimline, have great specifications, especially for the price point. I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone looking for a great quality product at a great price. I guess you can say I liked it so much that I bought a second one which speaks volumes.

Bad color quality when used as a monitor.
I bought it to be used as a computer monitor and was thoroughly disappointed. The colors were all grayed out. In the lower left-hand corner of the picture I shared is my laptop, and on the right is the Samsung. I did not have this issue with the 15-year-old Dell that I was replacing.The menu system wasn’t intuitive, and when I finally figured it out, tweaking the settings did not fix the issue. The colors were fine when using it as a TV. It should work out of the box without any tweaking, so I gave up trying to solve the issue on my ownAfter getting nowhere with Samsung technical support, I decided to return it.

This “Smart Monitor” has met my needs as an upgrade to an older 24” Smart TV. The next size in true “Smart TVs” seems to be 32”, which would be too large for my use case. I have a TV mounted on a small cart that I can wheel into the bathroom to watch shows while having a bath, and store when I’m done.Aesthetically this monitor looks great. I ordered the white version, so it matches the white stand I already had. I’m using it with a wireless cable box (HDMI connection) as well as the built-in streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, and Prime.Sound is adequate for TV/streaming, especially when you switch to the Amplify mode. I can’t speak to the included stand, as I’m using my own.Setup (via the SmartThings App on my Android) was an annoying mess of repeatedly having to log in, re-enter my password, wait for the next step, etc. After the ~10 minute process, it’s been connected to my WiFi and working fine. I also have a Samsung Frame TV so expected utter frustration at this step.I would be a little hesitant to use this as a computer monitor as FHD resolution is pretty basic in 2024. I’d much prefer QHD or 4K resolution for this screen size, if I was connecting to a PC.Overall, this monitor has things I can complain about, but for the $200 CAD sale price is absolutely doing everything I wanted it to. I’m happy with this purchase.

Do NOT buy this awful product from Japan EVER. It cannot download the terms and conditions, I try many alternatives, reset it to factory settings, change wifi connection, connect to cellular, try from remote and smartphone app and none of them works. If your product is faulty and can’t do a simple task of downloading terms and condition why are you even selling it on Amazon Japan market?The only solution is to use HDMI but guess what I dont own a product I can connect hdmi with. Even if I did, I could buy a simple monitor much cheaper than this… Definitely returning this horrible horrible product. I am only giving one star because there is no lower score I can give. Samsung is such a regret…
