   Just what I wanted
   This thing feels like a $50 tool. It feels great in the hand, very solid. The heat output is great and I especially like the 2 modes. It’s also small enough to fit into a small toolbox. It’s perfect for what I need: fixing stringing on 3D printed models.

   Great for DIY projects and won’t burn most materials.
   This heat gun was perfect for what I needed it for around the house. The low setting was the exact temp to make installing window screen patches without burning them, it was just enough to melt the adhesive. And the attachment for heat shrink is perfect for my automotive electrical needs. I use Solderstick connectors and this heat gun with attachment made for easy installation with even heat distribution. I was using a torch before but always had to worry about burning the material but a heat gun has made many of these jobs much easier.

   5 Star Heat Torpedo
   I bought this heat torpedo back in June of ’23…so two years old at this point. I bought it because it was cheap in price & had a few positive reviews at the time.I mostly just do DIY audio stuff with this heater. A lot of shrink wrapping on tube power amps & preamps. My boutique capacitor leads & all my wire ends to keep everything looking professional & neat.This heat gun has worked perfectly with never an issue. It gets plenty hot. For awhile I just left it on my back patio work area which is halfway open to the elements of mother nature. This joker is still kickin’ & getting the job done. This unit not having a “gun handle” has not been an issue & doesn’t make the job any harder.I got my money’s worth & then some. Good product

    La pistola de calor es muy práctica, la utilizo para darle acabado a las impresiones 3D de filamento (cuando se necesita) y funciona muy bien. La he usado otras veces para acelerar el secado se pintura acrílica en piezas 3D pintadas a mano, también la he usado un par de veces, para calentar el extremo de una manguera de hule, esto para poder conectarla a un adaptador a presión. Tiene buena capacidad de emisión de calor, otro aspecto que me agrada, es el soporte que trae integrado para asentarla sobre sí misma. Al principio tenía mis dudas pues no conocía la marca, pero después de estar usándola por más de tres meses me ha convencido y he quedado satisfecho con mi compra. El cable de corriente tiene buena distancia, nunca ha sido un problema para la manipulación. En resumen, me gustó mucho, la volvería a comprar, y la recomiendo ampliamente.
