   This watch came beautifully packaged. Right away I was impressed with the gold mesh band which looks like rose gold. It is very elegant looking. It also comes with a flesh coloured silicone strap. It is a nice touch to be able to switch bands to use the dressier mesh one for nights out, and the silicone one for working or for daily activities. The watch face itself is larger than I expected but does not feel or look too heavy.The first thing I looked at is the instruction book, which is very concise at 14 pages long, and right away, I realized that there is a lot of work in setting this up. It goes through everything from downloading the app, to connecting it to bluetooth, how to check out the health settings, turning on notifications, downloading different watch faces, and how to turn on and off audio features. There is a lot of information and if you are not tech savvy (like me), it takes some time and patience to get it set up. I spent an afternoon going through everything, including trying to choose a watch face. There are many to choose from.I have issues with a constantly high fast pulse so it is nice that I can be monitoring that at any time. I am also finding this works well to keep track of my sleep. I suffer from chronic pain and I see a sleep specialist. This has been helpful in trying to track how much sleep I am actually getting and being able to use that information to give to my doctor.I have found, however, that because the battery needs charging often (every 2-3 days), I am not wearing it all the time. I find that I really don’t need to keep this on all day as I have access to most of the features I want on my phone anyways. This is good for me during the night to track my sleep and it’s nice to wear out. If I am visiting my son and family, I can quickly take a call if need be without getting out my phone. I am still not using all the features that I could be as I am still learning a lot about this watch. Sometimes I don’t know if more is actually better, but for the price, this is great value.

   I am so pleased with this watch. I love the look with the metal band and it also comes with a silicone watch band that is quite attractive. Some of the features that I really like about this watch are:- the display is bright with vibrant colors and the watch faces are really clear- the watch display is very nicely centered on the face so that there is minimal black space around the edges- the watch allows you to make and take Bluetooth call- I can very easily keep track of my step, calories burned, kms walked and my heart rate- the watch also allows me to get sleep analysis as well as blood oxygen, blood pressure and stress- there are also a number of other features that are great like the weather, camera and music control, sedentary and water intake reminder, alarm clock and timerI really like the look of the watch as it is very attractive and the ‘DaFit’ App is easy and intuitive to use. There is a wide variety of watch faces to choose from and I have not had any trouble finding something that I like. I am thrilled with the watch. It really is a great product.
