Two years in the camper and still working.
Purchased this TV just over 2 years ago and 260 nights traveling. Perfect size for our campervan. It is suitable for the bouncing of the camper and uses a 12V plug. Built in DV player is nice when we are without cell service for our hotspot. Picture is good.

Not at all Happy (Up Date)
I purchased this 5/1/2024 Aug 2024 the DVD player no longer works. The TV worked fine up till now but the volume is way to low to hear in our small travel trailer. I’ve tried several ways to hook it up to our soundbar without success.After a couple of emails with pictures showing them the DVD read errors I got in touch with “Maggie” a service rep who shipped me a replacement TV, honoring there one year warranty. I increased my rating to 4 stars, the sound is a bit weak when running appliances in our RV.

Stay away from this brand
Got this tv for our camper. Came in good time. Made sure it worked then put it in the camper. Little over a month later ( which is past Amazon’s return time ) we took the camper out for memorial day and after a couple days it quit. Won’t turn on. Got a hold of the company and sent them everything they asked for and have not heard back. Pretty sure I just got screwed. As of now I would not touch anything from this company and probably won’t buy another one on Amazon now either.

Sleek TV with, with FM radio functionality and built-in DVD player
I really like this light-weight TV, but for now I will be using it in my new home until I get my dream RV. It is easy-to-navigate, easy UI, and works as expected with clear picture and great audio. I like that it has a full HD TV support DC 12V/24V power supply, DC wide voltage 10.5V-28V. Full HD quality and even has FM radio functionality, so I can listen to my favorite radio stations at home if I want to. Built-in DVD player and supports a multiple type of inputs. I am not sure if I will take it on the road or might just need to buy another one, so I can keep one at home. I am very impressed and I highly recommend it.

Ultimate customer satisfaction
Used this tv on our 4 months camping trip this summer. The coaxial connection broke during our trip, but Sylvox honored the 1 year warranty and replaced the tv. They made sure a new TV was sent to my home when we returned. Great service, fantastic response to my problem and the TV is of great quality, giving us a wonderful tool of entertaining ourselves during our stats at different campgrounds in the US and even Canada. Picture is good. Sound is not.
The picture is great! The size of the TV is great. It’s on a pedestal like I wanted. It came with a CD player which I have not tried out yet. The drawback is the sound. The speaker makes it sound like your in a tunnel or a tin can. Had to buy a separate speaker to attach to get decent sound.

Perfect for our camper!
This TV is the perfect size for our class B motorhome. We lost the remote somehow while unpackaging it so I called the company and they have been wonderful to work with and are sending me a replacement remote! Super responsive, and great to work with if you make a silly mistake like we did 🙂 We are really excited that it has a built-in DVD player in case we are camping in a state park or some other remote place where we can’t get Wi-Fi. Great little TV and highly recommend!PS: Just want to add that the company sent me the remote super quickly and checked to make sure that I received it and that it was working well and that I was happy with the TV. Can’t say enough good about this company! Highly recommend!

This is regarding the SYLVOX 12V TV, 22 inch Smart TV with DVD Player, 1080P FHD TV for Marine, RVs, Campers, DC 9-32V Wide Voltage, Android Smart Support WiFi Bluetooth, 2 HDMI & 2 USB, AC/DC Powered, Frameless Design.This TV is really good for boon-docking, you can run directly from your battery.It handles vibration from going down the road, extream cold, and the moisture gained from frosting over very well.1080p is still fairly standard for a TV made to last in these environments and expected in this price range. The picture quallity is very good, I’m not missing anything on this TV.It doesn’t seem to support a digital antenna directly from the RV, but they are becoming less common anyway.The TV is light weight and will fit into tight spaces. It’s ideal for a crampt camper.The buttons are easy enough to figure out, as most people, I’ll just use the remote!The UI works exactly how I expected an Android based system to work. It ties in easily with a google account.This is a good purchase at this price point.

Purchased for our camping trailer. The TV says 1080p, but the built in DVD player plays 480. The image is great when connected to our Roku, but the image degrades considerably when you view a HD DVD. The buttons on the remote are confusing at first, but it operates just fine. I don’t need to watch HD TV while camping, and when viewed from a few feet away it looks just fine. It’s not that expensive and I consider it good value, but don’t purchase if you are a video aficionado, you will be disappointed. I don’t regret my purchase.
