    Worth Every Penny! Deep Relief for Neck/Shoulder Tension
    This is hands down the best investment I’ve made for my personal wellness. I carry a lot of tension in my neck and upper shoulders, and this device has been nothing short of a lifesaver. The intensity is no joke. It mimics a deep tissue massage, which is exactly what I prefer.It gets into those tight spots with just the right amount of pressure, and the heat function adds an extra layer of relief. I’ve used it after long workdays, travel, and even workouts. I’ll admit, I’ve even fallen asleep with it on a few times (probably not recommended, but that’s how relaxed I get).This is worth it if you deal with chronic neck tightness or enjoy an intense massage. Compact, powerful, and reliable.

    This is such a fantastic piece of equipment. This really helps my back and shoulders after a long days work. I love all of the different settings and the battery lasts for a long time. I would recommend this product to anyone!!!

    Can not get a hold of seller STOP WORKING.
    Bought this unit on 5-27-2022, worked ok. Easy to use, the adesion pads comes in 3 diffent sizes, would be nice if had 1 bigger size pad. The pads can lose adhesion or even fall off at times if not placed right or if you move and the pad moves. I do like that unit has 6 diffent settings that shows a picture of a outline of what each setting does has 4 diffent frequency to chose from. I like picture2 showing hands on lower back, frequency setting 4. You can control the setting strength 1/106 diffent functions to chose from, first two are physical therapy, next 2 are for ems for muscle stimulation 1/10 and if you do I would advise to start out at 1 then increase to the lvl to you feel comfortable with. I worked up to 9 and that is stronge current. I do not advise starting out at a high setting. Depending on where you place the pads You will see your muscles contract. Please do not touch the pads while the unit is on. Plz check that the unit is off before remove pads or changing to diffent spot you will get a strong shock lolol depending on the settings. I still forget at times so I try to always lower the setting to zero then unplug the cord. I can not say it enough it’s a good habbit to start with so you do not just take the pads off it will be shocking lololNow to my complaint. Five months ago the (b) side outlet started not working right. Would plug in the cord to outlet b and would not start working for few seconds. No big deal at first then the current to the pads was not as stronge as the current from out let A. Next would work but current to pads was to stronge for few seconds and enough to hurt. Last straw b outlet stop working compleatly. I bought this because my physical therapist thought would help my saticanerve pain along with other complications with my back.A side outlet is still working but that leaves me with only 2 pads.I use this ten unit help cope with debilitating pain. I like the unit I just wanted to see if it could be fixed. Talk to Amonzon representative and they apologized for not being able to resolve this issue. That I would need to talk to the seller. I was not able to get a hold of the seller or company. There is no number, website ect.Very frustrating 😕Give the unit a ZERO STAR for lack of customer service. It’s a shame since it dose work and I was happy with the product. FEW months and product stops working.Buyer beware.

    I went to PT for my neck and the therapist recommended this item. I had one before which was a waste of money. This one really works well! It’s small enough that you could take it with you easily. It’s quiet and helps my neck so much I don’t need PT as much as I did before. I’m very happy he recommended it.

    This unit worked magic! In just a few daily sessions, it brought about pain relief in my sacrum that no PT or massage has been able to do a thing about.

    Ones, Fives, and Tens; I’ll take TENS
    My husband has a bad back.  Let me rephrase that.  My husband has a VERY bad back.  So, of course, my daughter married a man with a bad back which sometimes is a very bad back.  Are you getting all this?  Anyhoo, I discovered a tens-type unit decades ago in my Chiropractor’s office.  I was happily getting “tens upped” when my young son turn the dial way up … aannndddd … WHOOPIE!  I quickly learned not to close my eyes when my son was with me.  Years later, individual Tens Units came on the market at a hefty price.  I bought one for my husband, remembering the more satisfying moments I had using it at the Chiropractor’s office.  It helped him immensely so he used his faithfully until he wore it out.  So, we bought another one. That one was more complicated but still gave the desired effect of great pain relief.  Fast forward to our son-in-law’s bad back.  We gave him this particular one for Christmas.  It had a lot of bells and whistles and was even more complicated than my husband’s second unit.  What a great idea I had.  But evidently not to our SIL:  it sat unopened and forgotten in my son-in-law’s closet for months and months.  One night after we grandson sat, our SIL came home early from the party with a horrible back.  I made him find and use the TENS unit still forlorn in his closet, which he didn’t want to do because he was in so much pain.  But he found it anyway.  We helped him apply it … and … then … the … magic … happened.  To put it simply:  HE.  LOVED.  IT.  It really helped relieve his pain, as in REALLY.  The next day he text us and let us know how wonderfully it work.Funny end of story … Two weeks ago we had dinner with our daughter, grandson and aforementioned SIL.  My husband complained about his bad back flaring up again.  Our SIL immediately asked, “Did you use your TENS unit?”  Can’t get a better recommendation than that.

    It works great. Easy to figure out how to use and very effective to help with recovery, after exercise, for my ankle OA. Had a concern when I first used but solved within hours by a very effective & responsive customer service person (via email).

    The machine works really well. When we received it we were given two charging cords rather than two cords for the pads, I contacted the company for a new cord and they sent us a whole new machine. Excellent customer service, I was very impressed.

    Honestly great product, perfect for post knee surgery! Unfortunately one of the cords hasn’t worked from day one…so can only get 3 pads going instead of 4 🙁

    I have no idea how something the size of an iPod shuffle can have so much power. It’s self explanatory and works like a charm. The illustrated manual is fool proof and gives great suggestions for placement.I’ve already suggested it to friends and they bought it immediately.Well done!
