Troubleshooting
Q: Video Loss appears where the image from my camera should be displaying on my DVR?
A: 1.Check the extension cable (power and video) is securely connected to the camera.
2.Check the video output from the camera is securely connected to a video input channel on the DVR.
3.Check the power from the camera is securely connected to a power supply.
4. The camera mode do not match your DVR.there is 2 ways to setup . (1) Press OSD Joystick “DOWN” 5 seconds,if still no picture come, try to press “LEFT” “RIGHT””UP” for 5 second, till the signal matching your DVR. (2) Make sure the signal of your DVR, Use OSD Joystick to change the mode of the camera according to your DVRs video Mode.

there is nothing spectacular about this camera, except that everything works as far as cameras go. This one is very very clear and functional. I have owned many security cameras in the past, but for the money very good price and I couldn’t expect anything more when I get from this camera the night vision is excellent and daytime, colorful and bright.

Great resolution in day or night.
These cameras beat all my defender cams for resolution. Also I’ve notice my Defender cameras have an issue if cable is run more than $150′. With these cams I have run them routinely over 300′ with no issues, and in one instance got a cam them out to 450′ and it worked well. Over that and they have issues powering the night vision.For night vision outdoors be sure to angle them towards to ground, about 25-50 feet out, if you try to aim straight and level at night you will only see darkness unless something moves in front of it within the IR range. I place mine away from the house aiming at the house and the lights from the home make my whole yard and driveway visible.

There no way to save the data it records! Wish I could return whole system and the extra cameras I bought thinking I could use a sr card somewhere on it and nope!
