Title: my phones case is to big
Review: I had to return this, so sad. It was so pretty and easy to move around but my phones case was too big to hold it right and my phone would keep falling out. I dont want to have to take my case off every time I use my phones gps. I use it all the time. It’s so cute, the color, I got pink, was great because I got some other pink things for my car. If you dont have a big case you will love this.

Title: Decent product but leaves me wanting more
Review: Pros: I absoutly love the color and the fact that this will actually hold my phone securly in place. I currently have a Google pixel 9 XL. Shipping was fast and the product was as described. It came with an extra mount to hang from the window as well that was not advertised. It’s super easy to put the 2 halves together and place in the vent, just loosen the screw on the back and tighten back down.Cons: No magnet option. Phone does block 90% of the vent when using that option to hang. When you put the phone in the unit, it is so heavy that it drags the vent down also do it’s not really usesable as a vent anymore. When driving the phone will not always stay in the position that I have it so I can see the screen. The secondary back sent to use on the window is not great because the sticky pads didnt work. The unit fell off once it had been hanging for a minute with the phone in it and that was without driving. It’s also has a short arm on it so not much moveability. The springs on the back allowing the unit to open and close are nice but feel cheap and like they wont hold up long with lots of use. It is a little difficult to remove your phone from it. One side of the holder slides up with the phone and then wants to stick up. Again making me wonder how long the mecanichs on the back will last. “Clip”that holds to vent is a thick rubber and dosent go back into the vent very far so it feel like the unit wants to slide out of the vent sometimes. I have a feeling it’s because it’s short and fat. Has pulled out of the vent when removing phone as well.My thoughts: The sides of the unit could come up a little higher on the phone to secure better. While it grips the phone well, it only goes up so far and feels like it could fall out. Rubber grip to hold on vent could be better designed to stay in place when removing phone from unit, AND made to actually fit in a vent slit. If going to send a window hanger option “super cool BTW” make it one that’s actually useable, with pads that will hold up! A 2″ circle sticky pad isnt enough. Overall I’d say I got what I paid for and for the price it was I’m not upset.
