Title: It works
Review: My cell phone reception bars increased by two.I bought the refurb version to save a few $$, no probs. The tiny antenna connections are odd, new to me.Hard part is figuring where to mount the amp box and internal repeater antenna.I bought a telescoping pole and an extension cable from Amazon, and suction cups from Harbor freight to mount the pole to my RV, to raise the antenna above the RV for best reception.

Title: Nicer Look to them than the old ones.
Review: Seem to work well but they really took a step back with the plug in 12v switch. Now there’s no light to indicate power and if it’s plugged in the back seat you’ve got to unplug it to look and see if the switch is even on for power. Just get rid of the switch and if it’s plugged in the thing is on.

Title: Keeps you connected
Review: Most dramatic increase is on fringe of Cell Tower coverage. Boosted output allows phone to connect with tower ( upload speed ). In town or near tower, speed is the same as phone alone. Also if i was getting 2 bars and LTE without booster would show 5 bars and 5G with booster turned on. Purchased for camping. Everything was in brand new condition.

Title: A must for those overlanders/travelers/campers
Review: I have this mounted on the back of my Jeep. I started with the model lower than this one but it was only boosting maybe .5 signal bars at best. I upgraded to this on and In areas where there is a very very faint signal, I can gain an average signal 1.5 and sometimes 2 bars. Don’t get be confused or frustrated like some others that review and say it doesn’t work. If there is ZERO signal, you wont get any signal boost. The purpose is to BOOST the existing signal. You can’t make signal from thin air. I’d also recommend downloading a cell tower location app on your phone and knowing where the general area of the nearest towers are where you will be staying/camping/overlanding/etc. Then park your car with the antenna towards that general area.

Title: Quit working
Review: Almost $500 for a product that quit working 10 days out of warranty. I’m hoping somebody from weBoost will read this and reach out and do the right thing and send me a replacement.

Title: Be prepared to spend another $300!
Review: Spending over $500 on this, it should come with a better mounting system. Had to order a ‘special’ weBoost mount for another $130! . Also, they are too cheap to give you enough wire! I have a Xterra, it’s jeep size and it couldn’t reach, come on!!!

Title: Worth it
Review: Everything came in a unlabeled box but looks brand new. I hardwired this into my Jeep Wrangler JL and I no longer have dead spots on my regular commute. Overall I’m glad I got the refurbished one and saved a few bucks.
