A wonderful steal from prime days!
This is a great television for me. I have a light filled living room so needed something that would work well in high light. The picture is clear and crisp in the height of the day. The sound is excellent in an open concept living/dining/kitchen with vaulted ceilings. I will not be needing a sound bar. I did not use the flush mount frame because I needed the tilt down (it is mounted above a very high fireplace) and to be able to swing it in the direction of the kitchen. The remote is very intuitive but is slim and slippery so that now has a much needed silicone sleeve. Samsung makes it super easy to set up. Connected to my WiFi immediately. I love this purchase!

This product is outstanding. Beautiful picture, frame art looks amazing. Installation was pretty straightforward. One tip for people regarding the remote control- the volume switch is a toggle. When you want to change the volume, press upward or downward as opposed to pressing on the left side or right side of the button (this may be in the owners manual, but I carelessly tossed that when I emptied the packaging). Very happy with the TV set in all regards!

I’m a week in and HATE this TV!!! Literally angry that I bought it
Samsung Hijacked My TVThis TV looks amazing on the wall, sleek, modern, impressive display. But the second you turn it on, it becomes a total nightmare.Let’s start with the most maddening part: Samsung TV Plus. It force-launches constantly. I’ve turned off every setting you can imagine: Autorun Smart Hub, Last App, Samsung TV Plus, Ambient Mode… all OFF. I even deleted every channel. Doesn’t matter. Every time I go into settings, just to adjust something simple, it blasts Samsung’s “Live TV” content at me. Usually it’s something I’d never watch (Fox News or country music, in my case), and there’s no way to make it stop.It’s like Samsung designed this TV to be their advertising platform first, and your personal entertainment system second.And then there’s the art problem. This model clearly has some kind of Art or Ambient Mode, because it keeps showing a random Superman artwork I never asked for. But guess what? You can’t change it without signing up for a paid Samsung Art Store membership. I didn’t buy this TV to be forced into a subscription just to stop it from showing content I don’t want on my own screen. Even uploading your own images is a convoluted mess that requires using a separate app on your phone and syncing it via SmartThings.So to recap:✅ Great picture❌ Total loss of control❌ Constant forced ads and unwanted content❌ Can’t even change the art without jumping through hoops or paying extraUnless you love battling your own TV and being bombarded with content you didn’t choose, do not buy this model. I’ve wasted way too much time trying to wrestle control back from a device that should have just… let me watch what I want.

Truly a SMART TV!
Finally, a smart TV that doesn’t make me feel STUPID! Easy to use, beautiful colors, clarity and sound isn’t too tinny without extra speakers. In 10years I’ve replaced 5 “smart” TVs and none were easy to mount, hook up to cables, or even add speakers. (Keep in mind I usually get cheaper black Friday sales TVs ) It took me 1 month to learn my phone. This TV I learned in minutes! I was able to get art flashing in about 15 mins total!!! (Fighting my phone to load APP) I still haven’t watched but 1 show because I love seeing the new “art” I have on my wall daily.(1 month later)My son plugged in the PS5 and we were watching a movie faster than a commercial! He didn’t need to do anything other than change USB port. Prime day=1/2 price!!! Worth EVERY penny. The Frame that came with it (prime day deal) made it just like framed art instead of a TV in my living room.Very happy customer.

Television is great, the remote is not so great.
The television is great, the remote not so much. It works fine but there are no number keys so direct access to a channel by number is difficult at best. The picture is beautiful and there is no glare, ever. The separate box containing the tuner, inputs and all of that worked out well for me as I put it in an adjacent closet. The unit sits on the wall and does look much like a picture but would need a frame to be convincing.

The art feature really is remarkable. It is a great focal point of our formal dining room without looking too much like a tv. We haven’t purchased a frame for it yet which I imagine will complete the look. Van Gogh Starry Night is particularly good as it genuinely looks textured.I get what people say about the menu, but it’s not that bad and doesn’t take away from the main purpose of the TV.I plan to hide the wire in the wall eventually to complete the look.

The Brown Bezel easily attaches and provides a completed feel to the Frame TV. The brown bezel works with our aesthetic better than other colours available. The bezel is made of plastic that make it feel a bit cheap, but it does what it is meant to do. If you are DIYer you could probably make something a little more grand, but you’d have to figure in your time/effort plus ease of construction & attachment. The bezel currently attaches with what I assume are magnets embedded in the plastic construction.Overall I like the simplicity of the bezel as the picture itself that you have downloaded, is the attraction piece.
